Request: DR: To review the design, colors, and materials for facade remodel to an
existing building, in conjunction with landscaping and parking lot
improvements, AP: To permit the establishment of a restaurant within
300 ft. of a residential .
Location: 16241 Beach Boulevard, 92647 (northwest corner of Beach Blvd., and
Holt Drive)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed the above entitlement
applications and has deemed the application complete and accepted for processing. Your item
is tentatively scheduled before the Design Review Board on Thursday, March 13, 2008, at 3:30
pm (Room B-8, lower level). You will receive an agenda and executive summary of the staff
report in the following weeks.
Please note, the applicant/appellant is allowed to address the Design Review Board up to the
pre-set amount of time for each hearing body. Additional presentation time may be granted if
pre-arranged with the Chair of the hearing body. Please contact staff prior to the meeting if
additional time will be needed to address the hearing body.
