Herb Fauland, Principal Planner File G \PLANNING\Administrative Permits\2004\AP 04-09 (8901 Atlanta) doc • • Administrative Permit No 04-09 6/08/04 Page 3 ATTACHMENT NO. 1 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT NO 04-09: 1 The site plan and floor plan received and dated May 28, 2004 shall be the conceptually approved layout 2 Prior to submittal for building permits zoning entitlement conditions of approval shall be printed verbatim on one of the first three pages of all the working drawing sets used for issuance of building permits (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing) and shall be referenced in the sheet index The minimum font size utilized for printed text shall be 12 point 3 The use shall comply with the following. a The maximum number of persons per class shall not exceed the number of parking spaces allocated to the unit Based on the square footage of the unit designated for the personal enrichment use (2,100 square feet) the number of parking spaces allocated is ten (10) based on prior retail use, therefore, the maximum class size shall not exceed ten (10) participants (Code Requirement) b The instruction/training area shall not exceed 75 percent of the total floor area of the tenant suite (maximum 1575 square feet of the 2,100 square foot unit) (Code Requirement) 4. The applicant shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all plans and information submitted to the City for review and approval. 5 The Planning Director ensures that all conditions of approval herein are complied with. The Planning Director shall be notified in writing if any changes to the plans are proposed as a result of the plan check process. Building permits shall not be issued until the Planning Director has reviewed and approved the proposed changes INFORMATION ON SPECIFIC CODE RE UIREMENTS: 1 Administrative Permit No 04-09 shall not become effective until the ten-calendar day appeal period has elapsed 2.
