Boulevard, south of Atlanta Avenue

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed your entitlement
application, received and dated November 18, 2009, and has deemed the application complete
and accepted for processing You will be notified when your project is scheduled for review before
the Planning Commission
Please note the applicant is allowed to present to the Planning Commission up to the pre-set
amount of time for each hearing body If you would like more time for a detailed presentation with
PowerPoint, please contact staff prior to the meeting to make arrangements Also, if you have
handouts or presentation materials, please make sure you have sufficient copies for all in
attendance
If the Planning Commission approves your application, a check in the amount of $50 and payable
to the County of Orange must be received within three days of the approval This check
represents the fee necessary to post a Notice of Exemption stating that the project is exempt from
the California Environmental Quality Act
