IPZR for Shopping Center Located at the Southeast comer of Beach Blvd. and Atlanta Ave. As a follow up to our meeting with the City Administrator and select City Council members, we would like an IPZR for Beach Promenade, the proposed project located at the southeast comer of Beach Boulevard and Atlanta Avenue.
