Although the project complies with thetechnical aspects -of the development standards , the southern driveway adjacent to `the Newland Center driveway is a major concern. The proposed medical office buil.ing is located adjacent to the Newland Center on the east; side) of Beach Boulevard south of Yorktown Avenue. The site is the formerlocation of the Huntingtin Lanes Bowling Alley. Early on in the**evaluation of' ,the proposed medical office building staff encouraged,the applicant to work with the Newland Center and provideesa common driveway. nd reciprocal access between the two sites.ti IT' }r .r After numerous attempts to','provi7de a common driveway and reciprocal access between the two sites (see-;,Attachment No: 7), both the applicant and staff have designed ran alternative access for the southern driveway.
