appliance, plumbing and Home Theater show room and receiving/common area of 2,688 s f
Product is shipped directly from vendors to job sites Hours of operation are from 10 00 am to
6 00 pm Tuesdays through Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays
The number of employees at this location will be between 8-12 Employee
The customer base is primarily contractors and interior designers
Pacific Sales has a parking requirement of 25 to 35 parking spaces

Requesting review of the new parking striping at existing site at 15272 Bolsa Chica Street to
create new 27 parking spaces including two handicap spaces for new Pacific Sales show
Room/Warehouse use Existing (13) parking spaces currently used for the existing offices will
remain New total parking will be (40) spaces
