At'the time of this inspection , the inspectors were met at the site by --subject site. were unsuccessful. Later attempts to contact these gentlemen to present a written request --was-being expelled upon the ground as a result of inadequate plumbing. On`May 10, 1979, in response to a complaint 'by the occupant of the garage unit, an inspection was made by the Chief Plumbing Inspector and the Orange County elealth Officer . The inspection revealed that raw sewage <.•The manager of the property was contacted immediately and informed of the problem, and a phone contact between the Health Officer and Mrs. Sally , Hoppe was made to inform her also. ,On may 23 a follow-up letter was mailed to Mrs. Hoppe ordering correction %q of the violations. A hardship exists upon the subject property because the Ordinance Code was structured to apply to lots with alley access. 2. A precedent for this exception has been established by approval of Conditional Exception No. 78-27 upon an identically situated property. 3. The access provided by the applicant meets the intent of the code provision from which he seeks exception. 4. Standard findings as set out in Section 9811.1.1 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. The conceptual plot plan and elevations received May 25, 1979, shall be the approved layout, subject to the modifications described herein: a. Revise floor plan to provide a minimum three (3) foot door from garage to area adjacent to entry of family room. A plan delineating said modifications shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Board .
