CF Systems, LLC is a martial arts studio that will include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
and other related activities that enhance physical fitness. CF Systems is
designed for kids and adults to develop confidence, leadership, discipline,
fitness and self defense in a structured setting.
Total square footage will be approx. 2000 sqft.
We propose our hours of operation to be Monday through Friday, 9am to
l lam and 5pm to 830pm. Saturday hours will be 9am to 12pm. We will be
closed on Sunday's.
There will be two employees on staff.
To the north of the business there is a hair salon and a liquor store, south of
the business there is an escrow company that is owned by the property
owner who has advised us that the escrow company closes at 5pm and all
employees will be out of the parking lot at that time. To the east of the
business is Bushard Street. To the west of the business are single family
dwellings.
The majority of services provided will be from 5pm to 830pm when the
business to south of us will be closed, leaving almost the entire parking lot
available. The hair salon directly north of us has three stations for cutting
hair and the liquor store has minimal customers inside the store at any given
time, also leaving numerous parking spots available.
