Dear Mr. Howell:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lot Line Adjustment application No. 04-02, submitted April 12,
2004, shall be deemed withdrawn, absent submittal of plans and applications materials consti-
tuting a complete application on or prior to April 29, 2005. A "withdrawn" status is applied,
upon notice and failure to respond, to applications which remain idle in excess of one year fol-
lowing the most recent notice of filing status letter. A withdrawn application may be re-initiated
only upon submittal of a complete application package and payment of the corresponding ap-
plication processing fee.
Please refer to the enclosed Notice of Filing Status letter, dated April 15, 2004, for a list of out-
standing submittal requirements.

Dear Mr. Howell:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed your entitlement
application and has determined the application to be incomplete. The following information
and/or corrections are requested in order for the Planning Department to deem your application
complete and continue the review process of your application:
MINIMUM APPLICATION RE UIREMENTS
1. Complete the Lot Line Adjustment form, including the address and telephone number of the
recorded owner, the notary form for the owner's signature, the parcel number line above the
owner's signature line, and the number of pages line above the engineer's signature, and
submit 12 copies to the Planning Department for processing.
2. Submit a project narrative.
3. Submit photographs of the project site.
4. Submit two copies of Parcel Map No. 125-10.
5. Provide clarification as to why the Lot Line Adjustment form depicts two lots to be merged,
but lists four Assessor's Parcels.
