Our company will use the following space at 19011 Bushard for Retail Dancewear and
for Dance Instruction.
Our Dancewear will consist of higher end clothing lines and footwear along with other
accessories . Our Dance Instruction will consist of one on one coaching for Ballroom
Dancing or what we term Private Lessons.
Our most active hours will occur between 6PM - 10PM Monday through Friday.
Sometimes on Saturday on a case by case basis. At these times 7 of the 11 business are
closed during these hours therefore allotting more then enough parking at our busiest
hours. We have a staff of6 Instructors that teach in the evening with only a handful of
clients visiting the facility during day time hours.
