1. Descri tion of ro'ect and services.
Remove existing well operations and construct new (2) story, 6,650sf industrial building on
15,650sf parcel as per Holly Seacliff Specific Plan.
2. Reason for initiatin a lication.
To seek approvals needed to construct building described above. And to bring attention and
ask assistance from Real Estate, Engineering and Planning Departments with the acquisition
of adjacent remnant parcels which we, Gergen Homes have been trying to acquire since
June of 2003.
3. Descri tion of surroundin uses to north south east and west.
To the north is auto repair shop and adjoining private parking lot. To the west is Geil Kilns
industrial building are residential homes. To the immediate south is Senior Assisted Living
complex. To the east, is City street cul-de-sac just before the Main and Gothard Street
intersection.
4. Descri tion of o ulation served b the ro osed ro'ect.
Population served would be those interested in Holly Seacliff industrial zoned property for
uses permitted by the City of Huntington Beach.
