A. The existing use is two single family dwellings sitting side by side. My
clients intend to demolish and remove the house on lot #76 and expand
their house that is on lot #75 to also be on lot #76. The zoning is R1.
B. The proposed use is Ri.
C. No further public utilities will be necessary.
D. No public areas proposed.
E. Tree planting to remain as existing.
F. No restrictive covenants proposed.
My clients intend to add on to their house to make more room. They have
bought the house next door and intend to remove it to allow for their
addition. The lots are small in this are and they desire more room for their
kids to play.
