Dear Mr. Lyster:
The Planning Department has reviewed your request and has determined that your application is
incomplete. We will need a copy of the updated title reports (no more than 3 months old) for
both properties listed in the lot line adjustment. The Public Works department requires title
reports for the purposes of verifying the owners of the subject property.
