RE: Application for Lot line adjustment
Dear Sir/Madam,
The following is the written narrative requested for completion of lot line adjustment application.
f.) 1.) There is no existing use of property. Present zoning is residential
2.) The proposed use is for backyard with pool.
3.) Pool will need to have water lines and electrical which has been partially
approved by the city.
4.) No public areas proposed.
5.) Tree planting will comprise bushes on perimeter.
6.) No restrictive covenants proposed.
