I am writing this letter to explain our request for a lot line adjustment at 321 Crest
Avenue. The property exists with one owner (Larry Swartz) and one APN (024-072-06).
The existing structures (two units- now demolished) straddled the two lots that make up
321 Crest (Lots 43 and 44). We are proposing one new single-family residence. The plans
are nearly approved with the Building and Planning Departments to construct this
residence. The City requires this lot line adjustment to combine the two lots into one for
this type of development. We request approval.
