J.E. Piston Company warehouses and ships auto parts and office area will provide management, marketing, and accounting functions. Their hours of operation will typically be 7am to 6pm five days a week. The usual number of employees is 15. The reason for this application is to obtain a conditional use permit as required by the City of Huntington Beach. The properties to the north, south, east and west across the street are industrial use consistent with our development. This company will service national accounts.
