Application : Lot Line Adjustment 00-01 (Pazanti/Guinn Residences)

Request: To adjust the lot lines on two existing residential parcels.
Location: 19586 Cloverwood Circle & 19592 Cloverwood Circle
Dear Mr. Cutler:
The Public Works department has reviewed your application and has a few minor changes to the
documents. Please revise the documents as requested and resubmit them to the Planning
Department. In light of these comments staff will continue the hearing until the Public Works
department can review updated documents. We will schedule the item for Zoning Administrator
as soon as possible after the documents have been revised.

Request: To adjust the lot lines on two existing residential parcels.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above application has been deemed complete and
accepted for processing. Your project has been scheduled for the March 1, 2000, Zoning
Administrator hearing.
If the Zoning Administrator approves your application, a check in the amount of $38 and payable
to the County of Orange must be received within three days of the approval. This check
represents the fee necessary to post a Notice of Exemption stating that the project is exempt from
the California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15305, Class 5.
