Re: Super Antojitos/ 7402 Edinger Ave., Huntington Beach, Ca 92647
Attached please find a copy of the demolition estimate to remove the sign at the above
location. Yesterday you asked me to get an estimate to you for purposes of considering a
reduction in the amount of bond to be posted-relevant to the limited permit for the above
location.
Tile original bond request was for $5,000.00 . Since the City's exposure is limited to
approximately $1,200.00,1 believe that a bond of between $1500.00 to $2,000.00 would be
more appropriate.
Please advise me of your decision and I believe that my clients, with the cooperation of the
landlord ul' the property, will be able to pay a reduced bond amount in cash.
Although it is the holiday season , time is of the essence to assure participation of all parties.
1 will wail to heat troll) you.
Very truly yours.

I have not been able to contact Rodolfo, the one who initially posted the bond. I have been directed by Scott to see if the City
still has the money for the bond and if so, to use it to take the sign down. I believe a check was released to Rodolfo, but it was

I will check. I think we may have released it but I am not sure. Is there a problem? I was going to
contact you that we have a problem with Birch Holding LLC again. This was the guy who had the
citation he wasn't paying but wanted the $5,000 bond release? I think you called him, he paid, and then
we released the bond. He paid for a permit April 1 and for some reason the cashier charged him and
then credited him back without knowing it. It was for $5,000. We have called and they do not return
our calls. We need to make sure they are not given any permits or plan checks until they pay us. The
