To transfer remnant piece of AP# 111-150-24 to adjoining property owner Bart Deboe.
Remnant piece was originally created by the extension of Gothard Ave to Main Street
connection. The Gothard extension bifurcated the parcel I now own leaving a remnant
piece of property on the Northerly side of the newly created Gothard St. This Lot Line
Adjustment Application is one part of the developer Gergen Homes cooperation with the
City of HB real estate and public works departments to consolidate two City owned remnant
pieces with it's parcel 111-150-24 and the transferring of the Gergen Homes remnant piece
on the North side of Gothard St. to Mr. Bart Deboe's property which adjoins this remnant
piece of property on the North side of Gothard St.
