Project Description: Lifeletics Baseball Instruction plans to occupy 2500 square feet at
18241 Gothard Street, #400. This will be a baseball training facility
to conduct fundamental instruction. All activity will be entirely
indoors, within the building.
The proposed site is located in an industrial park setting with similar
business activity and other industrial uses nearby. The proposed use
is consistent with the zoning of the site. As an entirely self-
contained use, there will be no adverse impacts to surrounding
tenants or adjoining property owners.
Baseball instruction will be comprised of indoor hitting, pitching,
fielding, and catching lessons, offered as one-on-one individual
workouts. These workouts will take place in three separate activity
lanes, with each lane housing one instructor and one athlete.
Lifeletics target market is families with young athletes ranging from
7 to 18 years of age. Lifeletics instructors have teaching experience
serving as positive role models as well as athletic coaches.
Lifeletics, founded in (2001), is an independent small business based
in Huntington Beach, CA.

Number of employees: Three. The facility will accommodate three students and three
employees, working out of three separate instruction lanes.
Hours, days of operation: Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 9:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
