Lou's Oak Oven Barbecue is located at 21501-D Brookhurst St. on the corner of
Hamilton St. in the city of Huntington Beach. Our family style restaurant is proposing to
build a one hundred and forty square foot wood patio deck on an existing concrete area.
This dining area will be thirty-five feet long and four feet wide with a seating capacity of
twenty-four people. The tables, sun umbrellas, and chairs will all be stored inside over
night. No alcohol will be served on the patio. This dining area will be open during our
regular hours of Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
