Application : LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 02-02 (ED WARDS' PROPERTY)

Request: To adjust the lot lines of three parcels, two (2) parcels at twenty-seven (27)
feet wide and one (1) parcel at twenty-four (24) feet wide, to a width of
twenty-six (2) feet for each parcel.
Location: 1110 and 1112 Delaware Street (Eastside of Delaware and north of
Knoxville)

Thank you for submitting your proposal to adjust the lot lines of three parcels within the City of
Huntington Beach. The Planning Department has received the materials you submitted on April
1, 2002. The Planning Department reviewed your submittals for compliance with the submittal
requirements. Your application is determined to be incomplete. To deem your application
complete and continue processing your application, please provide proof of property ownership
such as a grant deed or title insurance policy.
Please note that additional comments and/or corrections from other City departments may follow
once the Planning Department receives them. Further comments or concerns may be generated
upon receipt of the requested information. Also, completion of the corrections and/or the
submittal of additional information does not presume approval of the application requested.
