The existing structure is a city approved cabana and pool bathroom. The
new design will be to enclose the cabana area and use as storage room. The
Pool bathroom will remain as existing. Access to the pool bathroom from
the new storage area will be removed.
Reason for initiating this application:
The residence of the home would like to have additional storage area.
Description of surrounding uses:
North: Existing house on same lot as cabana.
South: Garfield Avenue.
East: Edwards Street
West: Neighboring single-family house.
Description of population served by the proposed project.
The Silveria Family.
