NOTICE OF FILING STATUS
Application : Lot Line Adjustment No. 02-08 (Retention Facility)
Applicant: Todd Broussard

Request: To reconfigure two lots Parcel 1 (owned by the City) and Parcel 2 (owned by
Orange County Water District). Currently the lots are oriented in a north south
direction with street frontage along Ellis Avenue. The lots will be reconfigured
to orient in an east west direction with street frontage along Patterson Lane.
The existing structures will be demolished prior to recordation.
Location: 8051 & 8061 Ellis Avenue (Northwest corner of Ellis and Patterson Lane)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed your entitlement
application and has determined the application to be incomplete. The following information
and/or corrections are requested in order for the Planning Department to deem your application
complete and continue the review process of your application:
1. Comments and/or corrections have been received by the Public Works Department. A
copy of the corrections are enclosed for your review.
Please submit the above-noted information and/or corrections as soon as possible in order for the
Planning Department to continue the review process of your request. Please note, additional
comments and concerns may be generated upon receipt of the requested information. Also,
completion of the corrections and/or the submittal of the additional information does not
presume approval of the application requested.
