The zoning on the subject property is IG (Industrial General). The site is currently being used for automobile storage which is listed as a permitted use in the Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance. In order to develop the remainder of the site as a parking lot the following plans shall be submitted: 01)Tw&sets of grading plans and one set of landscape plans shall be submitted to the Public Works Department (Contact the Public Works Department @ (714) 536- 5431 for specific submittal requirements)Xleof0"v -0o 2) Two site plans and a landscape plan shall be submitted to the Planning and Building & Safety Department for permitting of the proposed blockwall/gate enclosure. The plans shall include the following information: a. The site plan shall include a block wall elevation that identifies the color and material proposed. b. The drive aisles shall be painted with one-way arrows identifying the direction of traffic flow within the parking area.
