The proposed use for this proper ty is to provide an indoor training facility for Girls
Fastpitch softball players. The training will include private and group instruction in
Hitting, Pitching, fielding, and conditioning for speed and agility.
The Pure Fastpitch Training center will serve families with children age 5 to 20. A
portion of our business servers recreational players and we also serve tT o e
serious High School, college, and travel ball market..

Our business hours will be fromi m. With our primary business happening after
5pm when parents and kids are home from school or work.
Our business has a positive impact on the communi ty and is an asset to the people
we serve . Pure Fastpitch is instrumental in helping athletes achieve college
scholarships through preparing & mentoring the athletes in all areas, including
communication , academics , diet & nutrition , etc.,62 cp
The building is 13,265 sq. ft. and the training area will be approximately 65%with
waiting area, chec out coun er and retail showroom bein the remainder.
Pure Fastpitch hours will be Mon-Fri 2-9 pm. Sat 8-4, Sun 10-4. We currently have
5 employees with anticpation for adding t ree more to facilitate this growth.
