Clifford and Nancy Hanan, 21751 Fairlane Circle, Huntington Beach, CA 92646 Overview Arthur and Mary Kyle have arranged to purchase an adjoining portion of their neighbor's lot for the purpose of increasing the amount of yard space available to them for outdoor relaxing and entertaining. There are no plans to develop or build on this property. The piece of land purchased is wedge shaped and is approximately 400 sq. ft. in size. The exact location and size of the land involved is shown on the Site Map in the Lot Line Application. A masonry wall has been constructed on the new property line and two dwarf fruit trees have been planted. The sprinkler system on the Kyle's property has been extended to provide coverage on the purchased property. (1) Existing use or uses of the property and present zoning. A sprinkler system has been added to the property along the length of the wall. (4) Public areas proposed. None. (5) Tree planting proposed.
