Advised that
The ZSO clearly defines the front yard of a comer lot as the yard adjacent to the shortest street
side property line (Laura Circle @ subject property).
There is no apparent justification for staff support of a front yard setback variance, based on
submitted plans (rec'd and dated 08-01-03) and provisions of ZSO Sec. 241.10(B).
