List of all property owners and tenants within 300 feet of subject property

The initial review of the application requires ten-business da s and starts when the Planning
Department receives the information stated above. During the ten-business day review
period, staff will analyze, and consider any comments received. Following the ten day
review period, staff will send a Notice of Action letter approving, conditionally approving
or denying the project. The ten day appeal period begins on the date of the Notice of
Action. Once the appeal period ends, your application is final and building permits and/or
your certificate of occupancy may be issued.

This letter is to notify you that (Name of Business/Applicant) is proposing

(Address) Huntington Beach, CA. Pursuant to Section 241.24 of
the Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, the Neighborhood Notification process is
required. You may review the proposed plans at the Planning Department, 2000 Main Street, Huntington
Beach, CA, from (date) to (date)(Minimum 1.0 days), or contact the
Planning Department at (714) 536-5271. All comments must be submitted to the Planning Department
prior to the expiration date for review of the proposal.
Under the provisions of the Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, the action taken by the
Director of Planning becomes final, unless appealed. A person desiring to appeal the decision shall file a
written notice of appeal with the Planning Department within ten calendar days of the date of the
Planning Department's action. The notice of appeal shall include the name and address of the appellant,
the decision being appealed, and the basis for the appeal. A filing fee shall also accompany the notice of
appeal. The appeal fee is $494.00. The appeal period starts at the end of the 10-day review period.

In addition , Personal Enrichment uses within a retail building parked at a ratio
of one (1) space per 200 square feet, shall require no additional parking

Maximum number of persons per classroom does not exceed the
number of parking spaces allocated to the suite based upon the square
footage of the building; and (3522-2/02)
The instruction area does not exceed 75 percent of total floor area of
the personal enrichment building area. (3522-2/02)
