Staff Comments/Recommendations:
15 ft. min. front setback required for 2ndfloor living space
required private open space must be fenced
common open space should be designed /sited for common use
curb-cut must be entirely along the parcels street frontage
a two ft. wide planter (max. width allowed based on 5 ft. west side yard setback, 20 ft.
exterior garage dimension, 25 ft. clearance in front of garage) should be provided
along east PL - or wider if garage orientation is reconfigured.
