Pursuant to the City's Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, Section 245 36, the extension is granted for a one year period from the effective date of approval of the entitlement. The Director approved the entitlement on January 8, 2008, and the entitlement became effective on January 18, 2008. The entitlement was set to expire on January 18, 2009. Thus, Administrative Permit No. 2007-026 has been extended and is valid through January 18, 2010, with all previous conditions of approval to remain in effect. Should another extension of time be necessary, please submit your written request to the Planning Department along with the corresponding fee a minimum of 30 days prior to the new expiration date.
