The City of Huntington Beach requires Limited Notification of adjacent property/business owners and
tenants when an applicant purposes a restaurant, outdoor dining, personal enrichment services, non-
amplified life entertainment, cart and kiosks, large family day care or a sign code exception when criteria is
met
This letter is to notify you that Grosvenor Ent., LLC is proposing to establish instruction and/or personal
enrichment services and computer related services at 21062 Indigo circle. The proposed application will
comply with development standards of the Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance. Pursuant
to the City's Limited Notification standards, you are encouraged, to review the proposed plans for
compatibility issues, such as, hours of operation, noise, location and design as appropriate Plans are
available for review and comment at the Planning Department for ten business days from 10/29/2003 The

Under the provisions of the Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, the action taken by the
Planning Director at the end of the ten day review period becomes final at the expiration of the 10-day
appeal period A person desiring to appeal the decision shall file a written notice of appeal to the Secretary
of the Planning Commission within ten calendar days of the date of the Planning Department's action The
notice of appeal should include the name and address of the appellant, the decision being appealed, and the
grounds for the appeal. A filing fee shall also accompany the notice of appeal. The appeal fee is $499 00
for a single-family dwelling property owner appealing the decision on his/her own property. The appeal
fee is $1,063 00 for all other appeals. The appeal period starts at the end of the 10-day review period

Home Occupation Service location : 21062 Indigo Huntington Beach, Ca 92646
Pursuant to Title 23 (230.12 (c) Paragraph 8) of the Huntington Beach Municipal Zoning Code, a C.U.P.
is requested for the location specified above for the following conditions:
• Computer related instruction, guidance, tutoring, mentoring, consulting and/or service. This
activity will be primarily provided indoors in a spot centralized within the location. See Exhibit
A. Only residents of the dwelling shall be employed on-site or report to work at the site in the
conduct of the home occupation.
• Vehicles associated to the home occupation will be limited to the number that can fit in the
driveway/garage of the location and in front of the location property boundary. See Exhibit A.
• Persons coming to the location will only come during the hours of 9AM and 6PM and will be
limited to a maximum of 4 students/clients at any one time. Residents of the location and friends
visiting the location are not included in this maximum.
• Noise level will be maintained within the limits set forth within for Noise Zone 1 limits as noted
in H.B.M.C. 8.40.
• Huntington Beach Business License will be maintained.
