Lot 1 - to replace the former Mandic Motors building with a new mixed-use

The site is currently vacant The former use Mandic Motors has relocated to
a more appropriate industrial area in the City A demolition of the former

Request:
To permit the construction of 12 residential units and approximately 8,270 sq. ft. of retail
area on the site. The property is located at 424 Main St. The property is zoned DTSP
(SP 5) District No. 6 and the General Plan is MF1 1/25-sp-pd. The lot size is 19,696 sq.
ft.
