Request: To replace the former Mandic Motors building with a new mixed-
use project consisting of 18 residential (2bd/2ba) units (apx.
1,100 sq. ft. each) over 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail.
Parking will be provided by 14 spaces off the alley and 37
spaces underground.
Zoning and The property is zoned Downtown Specific Plan Area 6 and the
General Plan: General Plan designation is CV-d
Site History: The site is currently vacant: The former use Mandic Motors has
relocated to a more appropriate industrial area in the City. A
Demolition permit has been requested.
Pro'ect Descri tion: The project consists of 18 residential condominium units and 2
retail suites.
