Subject: Lot Line Adjustment Application - Promenade Neighborhood Park Site
Dear Ron:
Enclosed please find an application for approval of a Lot Line Adjustment to create a legal parcel
for the proposed Promenade Neighborhood Park.
On October 21, 2002, the City Council approved an Environmental Indemnification Agreement
by and between the City, PLC and Chevron Land & Development Company (CL&D). As part of
this agreement, the City consented to PLC transferring the park site to CL&D prior to
conveyance of the park to the City (refer to Section 5.6 of the agreement).
Approval of the requested Lot Line Adjustment will expedite transfer of the property as
contemplated in the agreement.
