LOCATION: 15121 Graham St., Ste. 102 (Northwest Corner of Graham St. and Oceanus Dr.) DATE OF ACTION: June 21, 2005 Dear Kevin: On June 21, 2005, the Planning Department of the City of Huntington Beach reviewed your application to establish a medical marijuana dispensary at the subject site and has denied your request. Under the provisions of the Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, Section 212.04, L-13, C, the action taken by the Department of Planning is final with no ad- ministrative appeal process.
