NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed the resubmitted plans and
radius map received and dated May 12, 2005. The Planning Department deemed the application
complete and accepted for processing on May 22, 2005. According to Chapter 211.04 (L-13) of the
Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, the Planning Director shall determine if the
application complies with the applicable development and performance standards within 30 days of a
complete application or June 21, 2005. The Director shall approve or deny the application for the
medical marijuana dispensary within the 30 days.

Medical Marijuana Dispensary)

Request: To permit the establishment of a Medical Marijuana Dispensary within an
existing 1,200 square foot office/industrial suite.
Location: 15121 Graham St., Ste. 102B (northwest comer of Graham St. and Oceanus Dr.)
Dear Ms. Barron:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed your administrative
permit application and has determined the application to be incomplete . The following
information and/or corrections are requested in order for the Planning Department to deem your
application complete and continue the review process of your application:
MINIMUM APPLICATION RE UIREMENTS:
The following items are necessary to deem your application complete:
1. Application
a. The narrative shall identify the maximum number of employees working at any one time.
b. An amended radius map shall be submitted and shall reflect the correct property and all
other properties within a 500-foot radius of the site.
3. Floor Plan
a. The floor plans shall identify the portion of the unit that will contain the office floor area
for the proposed use.

b. The floor plan shall clearly depict all new and existing walls to remain and shall be
completely dimensioned including all interior walls.
c. The square footages identified on the floor plan shall coincide with those identified in the
narrative. The original submittal provided three different square footages for the
warehouse and office areas.
