EXISTING HOUSE HAS ONLY MODERATELY SIZED
ROOMS WHICH ARE NOT LARGE ENOUGH FOR
GAME/PLAY ROOM AND DON'T PERMIT VIEW TO PARK
ACROSS STREET.
(c)THIS HOUSE IS LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF MAIN ST
AND 11TH ST. TO THE NORTH IS LAKE PARK,
NORTHERLY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. TO THE
WEST IS CIRCLE PARK AND SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL. TO THE SOUTH ON OUR BLOCK IS
APARTMENTS + RESIDENTIAL. TO THE EAST IS SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
