Seacliff Parking Village
Description of Striping Job
Re-stripe Seacliff Village in Six Moves
1) Limits of Construction
Pavement striping shall be performed in all locations designated on the site
improvement plan as well as any areas damaged by construction.
2) Construction Materials
All pain shall conform to Section 210-1 of the SSPWC, 2009 ed. Paint color and
type shall match as nearly as practical the existing conditions of the site.
3) Construction Methods
All PCC curbs that will receive a new coat of paint must be scraped to lossen all
paint chips and debris prior to painting.
All paint shall be placed in a minimum of two (2) coats per Section 210-1 of the
SSPWC, 2009 ed. The single exception to this requirement is that the black out
line procedure shall be performed with one coat of paint.
Proposed Use: Shopping Center Parking Lot.
Square Footage: 665,556 s.f.
Hours and Days of Operation: 7:00am - 5:00pm on September 29th & 30th,
October 1st, 3r, 5th and 6th.
Number of Employees: Five
Purpose: Existing striping on asphalt has worn off.
Description of surrounding uses: Entrances into shopping center from Main
Street, Goldenwest and Yorktown.
Description of Population Served: provide adequate parking for 1,314 vehicles
and 31 handicap parking stalls and 5 van accessible parking spaces.

requirements are depicted in Diagram A. Directional signs and/or pavement markings shall
