The plan along with a project narrative is attached for review. The request for a Waiver is consistent with the provision of the Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance sec 241.22. The request for additional site coverage is less than ten percent (1.6%) and the proposed design will enhance the overall appearance the building and the neighborhood.
