The following information and/or corrections are requested in order for the Planning Department to deem your application complete and continue the review process of your application: MINIMUM APPLICATION RE UIREMENTS The following items are necessary to deem your application complete: 1. Revised site plan to show all pedestrian linkages. 2. Correct all exhibits and plans to appropriately identify the project as apartments. 3. Preliminary grading plan with all existing and proposed grades as well as all walls/fences shall be shown on plan 4. Digital photographs of the subject site and surrounding properties 5. A massing model. Model shall be submitted prior to sending out the public hearing. Model can be simple and have a minimum scale 1/8"= 1' or I"= 30'. 6. Location and dimension of proposed reciprocal driveway access. Provide a site plan showing improvements necessary when the reciprocal driveway access is implemented. 7. Draft affordable housing plan. 8. Draft Water Quality Management Plan and Best Management Practices 9. Dimensioned floor plans. Also provide interior dimensions of garages. 10. Reduced color copies of all exhibits. 11. Environmental assessment fee of $7,122. 12. Elevation of proposed walls. Notice of Filing Status: CUP No. 04-21 and DR 04-31 Page 2 of 2 13. Completed Design Guidelines checklist. CODE RE UIREMENTS Comments regarding code requirements will be provided upon further review of your application. DESIGN RECOMMENDATIONS Comments regarding design recommendations will be provided upon further review of your application. OTHER DEPARTMENTS COMMENTS Comments from other City departments will be provided for your review as soon as they are received by the Planning Department. Please submit the above -noted information and/or corrections as soon as possible in order for the Planning Department to continue the review process of your request. Please note, additional comments and concerns may be generated upon receipt of the requested information. Also, completion of the corrections and/or the submittal of the additional information does not presume approval of the application requested.
