Dear Sirs:
We have owned the above property for many years and have used it *as a rental
investment. We would like to move into the property and return it to a personal residence.
In its present condition and size it is not probable for us to accomplish this goal. We
would like to increase the size of the footprint slightly from its present 51.3% to 53.3%
with your approval of a variance. The interior living space would still be within the 1:1
ratio to the lot size. The accompanying preliminary plans are for your approval: the final
engineering plans to follow as the next step. The plans include remodeling the interior
and adding a master bedroom suite over the garage.
The existing footprint, listed below is on a lot with dimensions of 115ft. by 25ft.
