Pro'ect Descri Pion • • • • • • Location • • • • •. .• The proposed site for the Huntington Beach Promenade is in-ti e City of Mntington Beach, California at 602 Pacific Coast Highway. Currently the land is occupied by a small donut shop and the rest of the land is vacant. Architectural Goals The project will be designed by Group Four Architects. This proposed project design embodies all of the best qualities of residential and commercial. The primary objective is to ensure a high level of design quality in order to provide a positive living environment. The Proiect The proposed project is a four-story building. The planned building is a Type V construction with parking adjacent to the building. The building style will be contemporary and will blend in well with the surrounding buildings The building will have both stairs and elevators and all units will be easily accessible. The four-story elevation is gracefully articulated using the exterior decks and windows to model the facade in a contemporary manner but with a traditional flavor. Windows are ample to allow maximum light and ventilation to dwelling units, and to enliven the facades in a repetitive but rhythmic pattern. Below grade parking spaces for residents is allocated at one space for every unit. All units will be consistent with City requirements. Unit Sizes and Unit Mix MODELS BR/BA SQ.
