This condo is part of the Harbour Pacific Condominium association. 15a The proposal is to enclose one of two existing patios at the above address. This patio is in front of the bedroom . The assessor 's data indicates that the condo is now 668 square feet . With the addition of the patio enclosure of 69 sq . ft., the new total would be 737 sq. ft. The other patio is 140 sq. ft . and is accessed though the condo 's living room. 15b The purpose of this enclosure is to increase interior living space and to provide increased security for our home as this patio is accessible from the common area surrounding our unit. 15c Our unit is one of the 2 ground floor units of the 6 units in the building. There are 2 units directly above us and 2 units above the other adjoining ground floor unit . To our west is the parking area and structures which are next to PCH. The remainder of the building is surrounded by sidewalks and gardens . There are over 20 buildings in the entire project . This project is on the very edge of Huntington Beach bordering Sunset Beach , and is divided by Coral Cay Lane. 15d This proposed enclosure is for the sole purpose of providing additional living space for our family of 3. 15e To the best of my knowledge we are not within a hazardous waste site. The final narrative page will summarize and show the abundant open space and how my request is within the HB City open space guidelines.
