The first is of 17052 PCH, #101, a unit almost identical to our own. You can see it's patio is enclosed. The second photo is of 17102 PCH, #101, a mirror image type unit of our own. This was recently approved for enclosure of the larger patio , or 140 sq. ft. area. The last photo is of 2 adjoining studios within the complex. The next 3 photos show some of the open space available at Harbour Pacific The first is of only part of the open area near the boat docks that are part of the HOA property. The second photo is of North Pool and Jacuzzi and surrounding open areas. The last photo is of the South Jacuzzi and volley ball court. To summarize , there is sufficient open space to vastly exceed that required by HB City Code for my wife and myself to enclose our small patio . The previous photos demonstrate that our plan is in conformity with what the HOA and City has approved in the past . I went to great lengths in this submission to show you that we are in compliance and to dispel any confusion that previously arose in my earlier discussions with the City on this matter.
