NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed your entitlement
application received and dated June 1, 2005, and has determined the application to be
incomplete. The following information and/or corrections are requested in order for the
Planning Department to deem your application complete and continue the review process of
your application:
MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Please submit the original and five copies of the lot line adjustment form, revised to address the
comments and corrections identified in the enclosed Department of Public Works memorandum
and "red-lined" copy of the previously submitted LLA form. Please return the original red-lined
copy with the re-submittal package.
