NOTICE OF FILING STATUS
Application: ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT NO. 2008-026 (TERRANOVA CIRCLE
PRIVACY GATE)
Applicant: Tom Kuhn, 8376 Terranova Circle, Huntington Beach, CA 92646
Request: To permit the construction of an approximately 31'-10" wide and 6'-0" high
privacy gate at the entry of Terranova Circle.
Location: 8446 Terranova Circle, 92646 (east of Lochlea Lane, north of Lomond Drive)
Dear Mr. Kuhn,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed your entitlement
application received and dated December 10, 2008, and has determined the application to be
incomplete. The following information and/or corrections are requested in order for the Planning
Department to deem your application complete and continue the review process of your
application:
MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
The following item is necessary to deem your application complete:
• Provide written proof of authorization recognizing consent/approval of the privacy gate
by the Seaside Terrence Homeowners' Association including verification that the
applicant can act as a representative to the HOA to bind him/her to all matters
concerning the total development.
OTHER DEPARTMENTS COMMENTS:
The comments from the other City departments are attached for your review. Please contact
the respective department to discuss their comments.
Please submit the above-noted information and/or corrections as soon as possible in order for
the Planning Department to continue the review process of your request. Please note,
additional comments and concerns may be generated upon receipt of the requested
information. Also, completion of the corrections and/or the submittal of the additional
information does not presume approval of the application requested.
