The City of Huntington Beach Planning and Building Department has reviewed and approved
the extension of time request dated December 15, 2010, for the above named entitlement.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 241.16 of the Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision
Ordinance, this extension is granted for a one-year period from the most recently approved
extension of time (Janua ry 26, 2011).
Accordingly , Lot Line Adjustment No. 03-010 is valid through January 26, 2012 , with all
conditions of approval to remain in effect.
Due to the total number of previously approved time extensions the Planning and Building
Department will be unable to process any future extensions. An additional extension will
require the processing and approval of a new Lot Line Adjustment application. If you have any

4. Revise the Legal Description as shown on Plan Check #1.
5. Add Legend reference to Map sheet or indicate lines as noted.
