NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed your revised Lot Line
Adjustment Form received January 28, 2005, and has determined the application to be incomplete. The
following information and/or corrections are requested in order for the Planning Department to deem
your application complete and continue the review process of your application:
MINIMUM APPLICATION RE UI EMENTS
Please see the enclosed memorandum from the City of Huntington Beach Public Works Department,
received and dated February 18, 2005, and the "redlined" copy of the submitted form, which identifies
inadequacies of the submitted Lot Line Adjustment form.
Please submit the above-noted information and/or corrections as soon as possible in order for the
Planning Department to continue the review process of your request Additional comments and concerns
may be generated upon receipt of the requested information. Also, completion of the corrections and/or
the submittal of the additional information does not presume approval of the application requested.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lot Line Adjustment No. 03-12, submitted October 31, 2003,
shall be deemed withdrawn, absent submittal of plans and applications materials constituting a
complete application on or prior to December 19, 2004. A "withdrawn" status is applied, upon
notice and failure to respond, to applications which remain idle in excess of one year following
the most recent notice of filing status letter. A withdrawn application may be re-initiated only
upon submittal of a complete application package and payment of the corresponding applica-
tion processing fee.
Please refer to the previously transmitted Notice of Filing Status letter, dated December 10,
2003, for a list of outstanding submittal requirements.
