Regarding the above address, we are inquiring as to the potential construction and ability to build on this empty/available lot. We were informed that this lot is zoned part commercial (downstairs) and residential. We are submitting a preliminary sketch of a proposed building for your review. Downstairs is proposed for a Real Estate office and the upstairs is residential, proposed condominiums. We have approximately 2 weeks to get some kind of idea as to whether this lot is buildable and if so, to what degree. We are flexible as to the ideas of the residential portion of the 2d and 3`d stories. We desire to build two, 2 bedroom 2 bath condominiums as to follow suit with the newer buildings across the street. Or, we could possibly call the residential portion a duplex? We are submitting photographs to show the plentiful parking already marked and metered out front, which would be substantial for our proposed business, Real Estate Sales and Lending office. The property is for sale and the listing agent is giving a window of 2 weeks to clear all our preliminary questions through the city to see if this is a viable transaction.
